To prepare your laptop:

1. Turn off your laptop

2. Disconnect the power lead and unplug from the mains

3. Wrap the laptop in bubble wrap, covering all sides

4. Secure the bubble wrap with packing tape

Follow these steps to pack your laptop:

1. Gently open the shipping box via the end opening

2. Place the wrapped laptop into the main compartment of the box

3. Ensure it fits snugly without forcing

4. Place the power lead and plug in the separate compartment within the box

5. Close the top flaps of the box and seal all seams with packing tape

Yes, place the sealed box inside the provided shipping bag and secure it with packing tape. Ensure the prepaid shipping label is clearly visible on the outside.
